In reply to shivamB. As noted in the post, we expect to have annual SOC 2 examinations to renew certification. We have invested heavily in our security group, under the leadership of our Chief Security Officer (CSO), with our goal being to continually improve our processes, controls and overall security posture. We understand security is a never ending journey and SOC 2 is one of many steps along the way.

certification! It’s great to hear that you have secured executive and stakeholder buy-in, gathered experience from those who have gone through the process before, and built a strong core team. Seeking help from an outside consulting firm and choosing a knowledgeable audit firm were wise decisions that will contribute to your success.

i do have a question for you guys: How do you plan to maintain and continually improve your security processes and controls beyond the SOC 2 certification and what does specific improvements or benefits has the company experienced since obtaining the SOC 2 certification ? it might be a great achievement but how long do u guys plan to follow it
