You are correct, 87% are trading below ipo price, however an average of all IPOs in the last 12 months is -12%. Whereas BB is -86.5%. There is obvious lack of effective management of a publicly traded company, not to mention potential breach of fiduciary responsibility.

It’s certainly unfortunate that 87% of last year’s IPOs (per Dealogic) are trading below listing price; TechCruch wrote last month, “Indeed, if you pick nearly any 2021 technology IPO and compare its debut price to where it trades today, you will find that the market is offering yesteryear’s standouts at a massive discount.” Many of our peers who are traded publicly have also seen similar stock price depreciation over the past 12 months.

The macroeconomic environment and stock market volatility is very frustrating, especially when we’ve continued to execute well and post strong revenue growth.The good news is that market conditions, like the weather, have historically changed over time, so we try to take a longer-term perspective on the current conditions.
