But these two are not comparable when it comes to practical business uses. Realistically, containers are unreliable. If you are handcuffed to maintaining uptime and availability, I suggest you stick to a direct VM use in production.
This passage glazes over the rigid importance of isolation in a virtual environment, especially if you run applications in production. I wouldn’t trust my critical applications to run and maintain in a container. Fine for testing and home networks, esp if you want to expand knowledge of Linux.

What strategies as far as visions, growth, and favorability do you see with focus in undoubtedly a very competitive market in just these monster big tech corporations that I’ve stated and the list certainly is longer without a doubt ! Palantir has a huge US Government contract base that projects to expand much larger ! Their objective is to collect data ,identify problem areas and make adjustments with improvements in which they identify ! What is Backblazes business strategies with such a huge focus in successfully being able to compete with these big tech Corporations ! Let me state this very quickly ,that I undoubtedly will be rooting for the smaller Corporation to make its mark in this technology capacity and also see a lot of hard driving force for the Backblaze Corporation to succeed ! Molly I truly am rooting for your company to obtain a sizable amount of what these big tech corporations hold with such a large stockpile of cash reserves in using muscle in the business world in present day time and my best wishes for the Backblaze journey !

I’m using a Terramaster NAS and have Docker and a container installed but I just can’t seem to get it connected to my Backblaze account.
