This seems like a good time to bring up the fact that the US-West region includes either the Sacramento or Phoenix locations with no way to choose the target. My main account has data in Sacramento and I want to setup replication to Phoenix (still within the US, but out of range of reasonable, non-asteroidal risks that might affect Sacramento, and vice versa).

Other than creating a second account and hoping it gets associated with Phoenix, then setting up the replication rules to replicate data to that account, there doesn’t seem to be any straightforward way to accomplish this.

It’d be really great if the two US zones were logically separate and one could explicitly choose one or another within the same account.
