Hi Dave, this is Kari from Backblaze. Just to add a little more detail… Personal Backup (which can backup your PC or Mac computers) is file-based backup. It does not do full disk image backups. B2 Cloud Storage is the storage repository for other types of backup data (servers, VMs, NAS, etc.). As Molly mentioned, customers typically use a backup application like MSP360, Arq, Veeam, etc. to get their data into B2 and you can configure both image and file based backups using those tools.
