I have hdd that is 20 years old, recently I turned on the computer after 5 years and it hasn’t lost a bit, can ssd do that? Only then can you tell me they’re as reliable as hdd.

Nice graphic on the HDD. Does SSD have a logic board and CPU? I saw this question on a certification exam but don’t know if they do. A little deeper dig would be useful.

I’ve had 5 SSD’s already and about 3 months average is all I got out of them before they bit the dust. All my HD’s have lasted years. There is no comparison I believe.
