How many days does a particular drive last before it fails? This would interesting to view based upon drive type, manufacturer, and the batch that the drives came from.

What is the cost per terabyte-day? i.e. given the expected life time of a particular drive type (from above), its size, and its MSRP, which drives are the most economical?
