IE as the size increases and they have to do more with the limited space, is there any decrease in reliability? Is a 4 TB drive any more or less reliable than an 8 TB drive?

Asshat, errors propagate from the source. Put another way, when the guy who prepares the data that 100 people are going to use, his mistakes have to be fixed by 100 people. If it takes an hour to do, that’s 100 hours wasted when 1 could’ve solved the problem.

Yeah people just have to hit print screen, open it up, crop it, upload it to a file hosting site and then link it. Or they can right click and hit copy.

Obviously you’re getting defensive instead of accepting that you’re creating a bad environment that causes excessive failures.

Further you’re either lying or an idiot because nobody would keep buying Seagates for 30 years if they kept having them fail prematurely.
