Backblaze Computer Backup is designed to retain snapshots of your computer on servers, and not for rapid data transfer between devices. You can use Backblaze to migrate data, but it may not be the best solution if you need to move data quickly, or if you want to move system files or application data. In many cases, you can better accomplish this using third-party services and operating system utilities. If you decide to manually transfer data locally, having your data backed up with Backblaze first gives you an extra off-site copy of your data in case of failure during migration.
