Get Started

After you sign up for a Backblaze Computer Backup account, install the client on your computer to automatically back up your data.

• To install Backblaze Computer Backup on a Mac, click here.
  If your version of Mac OS is 10.14 or later, additional steps may be required due to how the operating system handles permissions.
• To install Backblaze Computer Backup for Windows, click here.

After you install the software on your computer, you can select specific hard drives to back up, set your backup schedule, or change your performance settings. For more information, see Mac Settings Overview and Windows Settings Overview.
